Ahmedabad's Sardar Patel Stadium will host the knockout stage and the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy final.
Jay Sha, BCCI Secretary h said in a letter to the State bodies that the tournament’s group stage which starts on 10th January 2021, will be played at 6 venues - Mumbai, Vadodara, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai and Indore.
Bengaluru will host the Elite 'A' sides, while Chennai will host the plate sides, and Kolkata will host the Elite 'B' group sides. Elite 'C',' D',' E' sides will be hosted by the other 3 venues - Vadodara, Indore and Mumbai, respectively.
The plate group has 8 sides, while six sides have been divided in each category of the elite group.
The sides will enter their respective bio-secure bubbles on 2nd January and they will undergo three Covid-19 tests before the tournament starts.
With the group stage ended on 19th January, the qualified sides will travel to Ahmedabad the next day,, where there will be further Covid-19 tests before the sides enter the bio-secure bubble.
